Vegan Pancakes

Recipe

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons organic sugar (or substitute)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of Almond Milk, Oat Milk or Soy Milk

  • 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients first, and stir, sift, and combine. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients, and pour the liquid mixture to combine with dry ingredients. Whisk to incorporate. and prepare your griddle pan with a little vegan butter of your choice! Enjoy.
