Lady Jane Vegan is a plant based community to refocus our attention back on our health, wellness and a dedication to nutritional standards.

Our recipes range from seasonally available produce, fast casual dinning, family style and comfort foods. All our recipes are all nutritionally enhanced meals, drinks, snacks, and yep even some wonderful vegan junk food.

We believe in flexibility and moderation, however our recipes are mindful to those who are trying to reduce sugar and sodium intake, as we believe there is a better way to enjoy all the foods you wish, without putting additional stress on the body, mind or spirit.
